Is this a thrift store?
No, we are not a thrift store but we do sell secondhand goods.
Unlike a thrift store we curate our Vintage collections to specific styles.
We focus on garments and do not accept donations like a thrift store.

What is your refund policy?
No Refund Policy.
We will only accept refunds of items requested after 7 days upon receipt of the parcel. You can make a refund request for one or more products if it does not correspond to the product ordered and are not present in the parcel.

Are all the pieces 100% authentic?
Yes, all items are authentic unless stated otherwise, for example a bootleg piece.

How does shipping work?
Shipping will be shouldered by our customers. We use SF express as our courier for local and international orders. Upon purchasing, please provide the shipping details including name, shipping address, and phone number.
It will take 1-7 business days to receive your package. International orders may take longer.

What are the measurement metric type?
every product is measured in inches.
