Established on September 18th, 2020, Fresh Trench initially curated vintage finds for the community.

Today, it has been revamped into Fresh Trench Studios—an elevated brand for the self-made and resilient, forging their own path through perseverance and vision.

What is the return policy?

Please be reminded that we adhere to a No Return, No Refund Policy. Refunds are only accepted for items requested within 7 days from the date of receipt.

You may request a refund for one or more products if they do not match your original order or are not included in the parcel.

How does the delivery process work?

There are two methods for delivering your orders:

1. Using a courier service via SF Express

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We primarily use SF Express for both local and international orders.

Please ensure you provide accurate shipping details, including your name, shipping address, and phone number, at the time of purchase.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

This method is only available for orders within Hong Kong. We will already have your contact details and will reach out to coordinate a convenient time, date, and location for delivery.

There is no additional charge for this service. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and requirements.
How much does shipping cost?

For local orders, shipping typically ranges from 20 HKD to 30 HKD.

International shipping costs approximately 200 HKD, depending on the weight and destination.

Yes, all items are authentic unless stated otherwise, for example, a bootleg piece.
